In the spirit of magical thinking, I blew some air towards the dark cloud, thinking how nice it would be for it to go away. Who knows why it happened, but it did. The cloud dissipated.

Feldenkrais said that the purpose of the skeleton is to make us feel weightless. And sometimes we do get that sense of feeling light and easy, able to move freely in our space. Our bones give us the capacity to lift ourselves up from the ground, in spite of gravity. It’s a wondrous thing.
It’s a radical experience. We’re often told that we have to work hard, push through the pain or obstacles, and get strong. Maybe not.
