Dear Reader,
Soup’s on, so I’m going to make this short. It’s been a crazy busy week. Lots of Feldenkrais, a bit of time to make stuff, and, oh by the way, our garage is being rebuilt.
It’s a busy week, and it’s only Monday. The garage rebuild started last week and it’s well underway. I almost got used to the empty space, but not entirely. It will be at least a few more weeks before it’s all done, but it’s taking shape nicely.
In the meantime, we’re having dinner at our neighbor’s and they say that soup’s on, so far be it from me to let it get cold
As usual, here are some of the upcoming events in case you’d like to join in:
Did I mention it’s only Monday?
Our Tuesday online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson is still Free/Pay as You Wish. By the way, it’s gentle, easy movements. You start with lying on your back, do some simple movements and take rests along the way. Participants report that it’s relaxing, helpful, restorative.
About three times a year, I’ve been teaching felt-making workshops and Feldenkrais Mini-Retreats at the Jung Center of Houston. More details:
Felting a New Story is Friday afternoon, July 18.
Unlock Your Neck and Shoulders is Friday afternoon, July 25.
