What Falls Through the Cracks

Dear Reader,
It’s easy to think you know what’s important. The phone calls, the emails, the appointments, the knitting and sewing projects.
Until time gets crunched. Only so many hours in the day, days in the week, weeks in the month. Stuff falls through the cracks. Some of it seems important. Some of it was important. And it falls through the cracks nonetheless.
And life goes on. If we’re lucky, we still find time for friends. Time with babies. Time with clients and colleagues. And if we’re extra lucky, that time includes lovely surprises, like extra blossoms on a morning glory bush.
Sometimes the things that pop up turn out to be important moments. Moments of delight.
May the things that are most important to you rise to the top, and may that include lots and lots of moments of delight.
Have all the fun you can!
Reminder: no weekly online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons until Tuesday, August 18.
In the meantime, you can still schedule private sessions for Feldenkrais, coaching or felt-making. Simply Book an Appointment and we can talk about what you’re most interested in. Or you can reply to this email, and we’ll set up a time to chat.
Watch for details: I’ll be teaching an in-person Feldenkrais mini-retreat and a felt-making workshop—both at the Jung Center of Houston, this fall.
