New Lives

Dear Reader,

It’s official. Our family has expanded by two new lives. Our middle kid gave birth to twins—a boy and a girl—on January 27, 2026. And I’m thinking nothing will ever be the same again. Their birth had elements of drama, so they’re spending some time in the NICU. They’re being loved and cared for by family and highly skilled medical folks, and they’re progressing well.

And, of course, they’re adorable. With amazingly long fingers and toes.

Mom and Dad are amazing—and tired.

I’m tired too, so I’ll keep this short.

Please note:No Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson on February 3 Classes will resume the following Tuesday.

For an in-person experience, I’m offering Lift Your Heart: A Feldenkrais Mini-Retreat on Saturday afternoon, February 28, at the Jung Center of Houston.

If you’d like to work with me privately, in person or online—Feldenkrais, coaching or felt-making—you can Book an Appointment or reply to this email and let me know what you’re interested in.
