Fall Color

Dear Reader,

When I walk out my back door these days, I’m greeted by a burst of yellow. It’s not huge, but it’s super bright and always makes me smile. The plant is Mexican Mint Marigold and its leaves make a nice substitute for tarragon. We’re having a warm, dry fall so far, and this bright spot is more than welcome.

What are the bright spots in your life?

No matter what else is going on, it seems that there’s always some little something that can bring at least a soft smile, perhaps even a twinkle to the eye.

I have a small pond in my yard, and the other day I saw a pair of cardinals fluffing their feathers at the pond’s edge.

We’ve had a bit of wind lately, and it’s magical to watch how quickly the puffy clouds can glide across the sky.

One evening the moon was low in the sky, large and orange, almost as bright as those flowers.

An eight year old neighbor was intrigued by my natural colored cotton and quickly volunteered to remove seeds. So fun to share one of my favorite things.

I saw a client recently who wondered if the Feldenkrais Method might have something to do with a newfound experience of kindness and gentleness. Delightful.

As we look toward Thanksgiving and the hustle and bustle of holidays, my wish for you is many, lovely, sparkly moments.

We’re back on with our Tuesday online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons. Still Free/Pay as You Wish.

And it’s one of the great pleasures in my life to work with y’all individually. If you’d like to learn more or to schedule a private session, you can Book an Appointment or reply to this email and let me know what you’re interested in.

Have all the fun you can!
