So far, I didn’t even mention Feldenkrais, coaching and felt-making. But y’all probably already figured those out.
Our weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson is midday on Tuesdays. It’s Free/Pay as You Wish. It’s relaxing, energizing and restorative.
