Dear Reader,
Variety is the spice of life, right?
Here’s a sampling of the variety in my life lately:
Spotting dandelions in my yard—and more wildflowers on another road trip between The Woodlands and Buda, Texas. Giving private Feldenkrais lessons to clients, who happen to be really nice folks. Listening to a friend’s talk comparing Shamanism and Quantum Physics, with a sprinkling of Carl Jung mixed in. Helping a friend hand stitch a special ceremonial garment. Delivering homemade peanut butter cookies (homemade by my husband.) Driving from Buda to San Antonio to help a friend retrieve his car from the mechanic. Holding eleven week old babies. Holding one of the babies with a cat climbing over me. Phone chat with a friend and colleague, who happens to live in Germany. Talking about Feldenkrais and coaching and felt-making.
For what it’s worth, all of the above was within the last 48 hours.
It’s a good life. Not always easy, but I surely do like the variety.
And now, it’s about time to do a few dishes, and hold those babies again.
Coming up:
Our weekly online Feldeknrais Awareness Through Movement lesson highlights the variety of ways we can move and improve our moves. It’s Free/Pay as You Wish.
If you’d like to work with me privately, in person or online—Feldenkrais, coaching or felt-making—you can Book an Appointment or reply to this email and let me know what you’re interested in.
