Unexpected Connections

Dear Reader,

Listening. Curiosity. Making connections. Showing up. Keep doing these things. You never know what a difference your participation might make. A friend recently told me about connecting with a virtual stranger whom he hadn’t seen in 20 years. Twenty years! They connected, chatted, and my friend listened between the lines. He noticed something odd in the conversation, got curious and stayed connected. He made a point of showing up for this old stranger/new friend.

Both had been going through a rough patch. They buoyed one another up. Things changed. Ultimately, they ended up making a road trip across Texas. Returning to his “normal” life, my friend had new insight, new perspectives, and a new plan. Somewhere along the way, his life had changed.

Listen. Be curious. Make connections. Show up. You might discover possibilities you never dreamed of.

And, of course, have all the fun you can.

It’s hot here in Texas, so it’s a slow, lazy time. We still have our Tuesday online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class. And, it’s still free/pay as you wish.

If you’d like to work with me individually, or just ask some questions, you’re welcome to Book an Appointment or reply to this email.
