Appreciate

Dear Reader,

My word of the week is appreciate.

Appreciation for:

Vocation—sharing some of what I’ve learned; helping others get unstuck, even when I might be feeling a bit stuck myself.

Avocation—most things related to fiber, weaving, spinning, sewing, knitting, felt making.

Learning—curiosity and discovery, confusion and clarification.

People—family, friends, clients, colleagues, teachers, mentors.

Y’all! It’s hard to describe how much I appreciate you. How lucky am I that I get to spend time, in person or online, with so many interesting, kind and generous folks? Thank you!

And, of course, I appreciate being able to offer these classes:

Our ongoing, online Tuesday Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class is still free pay as you wish. By the way, the participants are some of the nicest people you could meet.

The following are classes presented through the Jung Center of Houston:

Unlocking the Neck and Shoulders—Feldenkrais for a Head Held High (in Person)

If you’d like to work with me individually, or just ask some questions, you’re welcome to Book an Appointment or reply to this email.

What are you appreciating these days?

Have all the fun you can!
