All Over Again

Dear Reader,

Another new year. Another time to remember to write the newly current year. Another time to consider making new year’s resolutions.

I always think I’m going to procrastinate less this year. And get more done. And somehow be more perfecter.

And lately, I also recognize that somehow, as clearly imperfect as I am, I’m pretty lucky, and life is good. Which actually takes some pressure off. If I’m already lucky, and life is good, then it might be okay to ease up and enjoy!

I hope your year is off to a good start and just gets better and better.

Not procrastinating on Feldenkrais! We resume our Tuesday online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons on January 3. And it’s still Free Pay As You Wish.

Please save the dates for two in-person classes at the Jung Center of Houston. Nuno Felting on Saturday afternoon, January 28, 2023, and a Feldenkrais workshop on Monday evening, February 6, 2023.

The Jung Center of Houston will also host an online version of the Feldenkrais workshop—on Tuesday evening, February 7, 2023.

I’ll post links to these workshops soon. I’m still procrastinating a bit. By the way, I was lucky enough to spend the very beginning of the new year by this lovely little creek in North Carolina. We just got back to Texas this evening, so sending this out so late doesn’t count as procrastinating—right?!

Wishing y’all a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!

Younce Creek in the winter.
