Finding the Right Path

Dear Reader,

Sometimes finding the right path is important. Like when you’re meeting a friend to walk together—it’s a good idea to be on the right path.

Other times, it’s hard to know what the right path is, much less whether you’re on it or not.

So, how might we know? One of my teachers used to say, “Look for the signs. They’re not always along the road?”

It’s tricky, isn’t it? The signs might say, “Oh this is too hard. Let’s do something different.” Or, “We’ve come this far, why not keep on going?”

Maybe, just maybe, we’re on the path we’re on, and that makes it the right one. At least for this moment. Where do we go from here? Hmm. I guess that’s another question.

Let’s look for the signs, and do the best we can to enjoy life along the way.

We’ll have our Tuesday online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson as usual this week. But, please note, NO CLASS ON TUESDAY 12/24 OR 12/31.

If you’d like to work with me privately, you can Book an Appointment for a Feldenkrais or Coaching session, or for a free consult. You can even set up a time for a private, or semi-private felting session. Or you can simply reply to this email and let me know what’s most interesting to you.

Happy holidays, y’all.
