During the month of March, Midweek Moves will focus on the knees. Have your knees been cranky lately? We’ll explore gentle movements—not just in the knees, but also in the ankles, hips and low back—that take a load off the knees. Ah, what a relief.
Would you like for your knees to be as lovely and fanciful as that sounds? The knees serve as the mediator between our feet and our hips. When they’re working well, they assist us in moving around in our world—getting up and down, walking, running, going up and down stairs or mountains. When they’re not working well, our knees make it so much harder to move freely. In a small group, online setting, this four-week Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® course will explore ways to move the knees, expanding the possibilities for easy, elegant movement.
