Whether you’re sitting, standing, walking or running, you’ve got some major joints involved. And how they work makes all the difference between moving easily or feeling downright stuck. This four-session series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons explores how we can improve the collaboration among the ankles, knees, and hips. None of these major joints moves in isolation, and as we refine or improve one, they all start to move better.
No matter where you begin, paying attention to these joints can do you good and help you too.
