Losses nonetheless. Our bodies reflect these losses in the way we hold ourselves; and that in turn affects our mood and our thinking. This four-week Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® course will help you lift your heart. By strengthening the spine, softening the ribs and sternum you can stand up taller, make room for your heart to expand, and lift yourself towards healing and resilience.
This online, small-group course is suitable for most fitness levels. All you need is a willingness to lie on the floor and be curious.
