Dear Reader,

We all do it every single day—we breathe. Sometimes it seems like we’re so busy that we can barely catch our breath. No matter how busy, no matter how many demands, it’s still useful to pause every now and then, and deliberately breathe. Not big or loud or effortful—just pause and breathe.

I write this as I’m preparing to get in the car and head off again. Feeling a bit rushed, and a bit like there’s just not enough time. So, as Angela Blanchard often says, I’m writing this for me and maybe for you too.

I hope you’re finding time to breathe, to enjoy, to be with people you care about. It’s not a luxury—it’s downright essential.

And, please, along the way, have all the fun you can.

Some pause worthy items to consider:

Our weekly online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson. It’s midday on Tuesdays and it’s Free/Pay as You Wish.

If you’d like to work with me privately, in person or online—Feldenkrais, coaching or felt-making—you can Book an Appointment or reply to this email and let me know what you’re interested in.
