"Turning on a dime..." Can you turn that quickly? Sometimes it feels like the world is spinning pretty darn fast, and it’s hard to keep up. Physically or metaphorically, it seems that we’re being called to turn quickly. In this workshop, participants will use slow movements to explore ways to turn in any direction with greater ease and grace. Come learn how to make your body move more easily, and how that might even make adapting to changes a little easier, too.
Join me for this ongoing series of lessons from the Feldenkrais Method®. Bringing attention to your movements, you will build strength, greater range of motion and better balance. As Moshe Feldenkrais said, “Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy graceful.”

How easy is it for you to move your head up and down, or turn it side to side? This Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® workshop will help you find easier ways to free your head and neck—easier ways to look at your phone or computer, more flexibility in looking to see what’s beside you or behind you, and easier ways to hold your head up at the top of your spine. Enjoy this refreshing outlook as we begin the new year.
