Your body is an amazing, complex system that carries you through your entire life. Whether you move easily or have too many aches and pains, now is the perfect time to restore your sense of wonder at living in a human body.

Join me for this ongoing series of lessons from the Feldenkrais Method®. Bringing attention to your movements, you will build strength, greater range of motion and better balance. As Moshe Feldenkrais said, “Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy graceful.”

Classes are suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor and an interest in moving more easily are all you need.

Tuition: Tuition for this class is usually $20 per session, but it’s currently offered for free. We request that you register, however, so that we can send you a password-protected link to the Zoom meeting. Participants are welcome to make a voluntary payment by visiting my payment page.
