Holding a lot of tension in your neck lately? Spending a bit too much time looking at screens? Is it harder than it should be to look over your shoulder or up at the sky?
This four-week series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons explores how to better organize the muscles of the neck, creating greater ease and comfort—not to mention greater mobility. And if your neck is happier, the rest of you might be a little happier also.
Classes are suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor, and an interest in moving more easily are all you need.

Tuition
$100 for the four-class series. You must register by March 2.
Participants will be provided access to an audio recording of each lesson, in case they need to miss a session or would like to refresh their experience of the lesson.
