The Jung Center (Houston) 5200 Montrose Boulevard, Houston, TX, United States

Somewhere in India, there’s a stone that says, “Lift your heart, open to grace.” What does that mean, physically and metaphorically? This mini-retreat is an invitation to explore heart-centered movement.

  • Breathing Room: A Feldenkrais Mini-Retreat (in Person)

The Jung Center (Houston) 5200 Montrose Boulevard, Houston, TX, United States

We all need breathing room—physical and psychological space to expand our lungs and rib cage. We don’t need lessons in how to breathe, but we can always make our breathing easier and more efficient. We can expand our capacity and find greater ease in allowing air to flow in and out. Through simple Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® sequences, you’ll discover easy ways to improve your breathing, and maybe even your life.

With a little soapy water and some manipulation, the loose fibers are transformed into beautiful and functional objects. It’s magical, hands-on fun!

No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
