Somewhere in India, there’s a stone that says, “Lift your heart, open to grace.” What does that mean, physically and metaphorically? This mini-retreat is an invitation to explore heart-centered movement. Gentle Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons make it easier to articulate the spine, to soften the ribs and sternum, and to breathe more easily. All of this makes room for your heart to expand, to lift yourself towards healing and resilience.
This class is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor and an interest in moving more easily are all you need. Please dress comfortably for movement.
