    We all need some breathing room. Our lungs and rib cage need to expand to let air in, and we need space around us to feel like we can breathe. We don’t really need lessons in how to breathe. Our nervous system does that for us, whether we like it or not. We can, however, improve our breathing, expand our lung capacity and find greater ease in letting air in and out.

    Join Gika Rector to spend a day making two magical felt bowls. Wrapping luscious wool fibers around different size rubber balls, participants will create two felt vessels, perfect for storing small treasures. The process involves soap, water, and fun.
