Our nervous system does that for us, whether we like it or not. We can, however, improve our breathing, expand our lung capacity and find greater ease in letting air in and out.

Each of the four sessions will include an Awareness Through Movement® lesson as well as a more detailed look at the key ingredients of the lesson, how to apply them to your daily activities, and tips for continuing to improve your moves.
