The human foot is amazing. Its 26 bones allow us to not only stand and walk upright, but also to run, jump, dance, and even sit back on our heels. When we organize the feet well, our movements are easier and more pleasurable—with less likelihood of pain and injury. In this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement workshop, we’ll explore simple, easy ways to refine the alignment and function of the feet. And, as if by magic, all kinds of movement can become smoother, more elegant and graceful.
This workshop is appropriate for most fitness levels. Curiosity and a willingness to lie on the floor are all you need.
