Explore your body’s movement from the inside out. Introverts and extroverts alike navigate the world with habitual patterns of movement. When we recognize those habits, we find that we have more options. Starting from the center and moving gently extending outward, I will guide you through four Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons designed to reduce stress and improve balance and agility.
Suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor and an interest in moving more easily are all you need!

This live-streamed class series can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Participants will be e-mailed viewing instructions before the event.
