Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? Is it easy for you to move in any direction at a moment’s notice? Remember when you never gave any of this a thought? You just picked yourself up and off you’d go, playing, singing, dancing, maybe even feeling light as a feather.
Wouldn’t it be nice to regain some of that freedom and comfort—to move more easily and smoothly? Wherever you are, whatever holds you back, this series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons is designed to help you get unstuck, to feel better, and maybe even a bit younger.
Starting in the middle of the torso, we’ll explore movements from the pelvis up to the shoulders, and of course the neck and head. You might be surprised at how you move—or don’t move—this core part of your body, not to mention how that effects your daily activities. As the series progresses, you might just find yourself feeling taller, lighter, and more energized.
The course includes three online Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons and one private session. The private session can be a Feldenkrais Functional Integration lesson or a 30-minute coaching session, in person in Spring, Texas, or online via Zoom.
