Been holding your breath lately? Want to breathe better?
Luckily, our nervous system manages respiration—with or without our direct attention. And, we can improve our breath, allowing it to be fuller, deeper, and more in sync with the body’s movements. This two-hour workshop is a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® exploration of gentle ways to explore and improve breathing in and breathing out.
Suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor and an interest in moving more easily are all you need!
