SUMMARY:Magical Felt Bowls
DESCRIPTION:Join Gika Rector to spend a day making two magical felt bowls. Wrapping luscious wool fibers around different size rubber balls\, participants will create two felt vessels\, perfect for storing small treasures. The process involves soap\, water\, and fun. No talent required. Bring your curiosity and perhaps an apron. \nThis live-streamed program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. After you register\, you will be e-mailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event. \nInstructor\nGika Rector has been a fiber artist for more than 20 years. She combines creativity\, her education in psychology\, and her role as a personal coach and Feldenkrais practitioner to facilitate transformation in individuals and organizations. \nLocation\nOnline via live-streaming through The Jung Center in Houston\, Texas \nTuition\n$78 ($68 for Jung Center members) \nTuition includes materials. Materials can be picked up at The Jung Center bookstore. \nFor those outside of the Houston area\, after you register\, please use the Mailed Materials Request Form to request that materials be shipped to you. There will be an additional fee of $10 for this service.
