It’s the middle of the week. Have you slowed down? Finding it harder to get over the hump? This three-week series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons is an opportunity to slow down even more, explore easier ways to move, and find renewed energy for the balance of your week.
Please bring your curiosity and come prepared to lie on the floor. Carpet or some other padding is great.
