Awareness Through Movement – Tuesday morning’s class moved to Zoom

I’ve been teaching a weekly Awareness Through Movement lesson at The Woodlands United Methodist Church on Tuesday mornings at 11:30. Not surprisingly, we’re not meeting in person for a while. So, please join us online, using Zoom. If you’re interested, contact me by phone/text or email and I’ll send you a link. Please contact me no later than 11:00 on Tuesday mornings. The lesson starts at 11:30.
